　Smog City releases a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout every January, and this year's Infinite Wishes is crafted to allow you to fully enjoy the aromas of vanilla, bourbon, cocoa, cinnamon, and toasted sugar.

It is made by aging Imperial Stout for one year in freshly emptied bourbon barrels.

This beer beautifully harmonizes a subtle roastiness, the depth of cocoa and dark chocolate, and the aroma and flavor of bourbon, creating a taste akin to eating a chocolate bourbon pie. Yet, it's a perfectly balanced masterpiece with subdued syrupiness and bitterness.

　The aroma wafting from the glass is a blend of subtle sweetness from vanilla and chocolate, a roasty scent like burnt oak and roasted grains, and fruity aromas of dark fruits, plums, and figs.

The flavor, like the aroma, is a mix of roastiness with a hint of fruitiness, and a perfect balance of deep bitterness like roasted coffee and deep sweetness like dark chocolate.

It has a solid full body with a very creamy and smooth mouthfeel.

A pleasant alcoholic warmth lingers at the finish.
