Fair State Coop Mr. Falcon (473ml)

A collaboration with BarrelTheory, this hazy beer uses a generous amount of traditional hops. It has a wonderful balance of fruitiness, dankness, and a subtle bitterness.

Barrel Theory is a new venture in the state, started by a brewer who trained at Surly Brewing in the same state.

Despite being a young microbrewery that was founded only five years ago, it has been featured in many media outlets and is gaining momentum.

This time, Barrel Theory has collaborated with Fair State to brew a Hazy IPA, their specialty.

It uses the classic hops Strata, Citra, and Simcoe Cryo.

A wonderful balance of fruitiness, dankness, and subtle bitterness.
