Collaboration with Pinthouse Pizza from Texas. A rich flavor with plenty of popular Mosaic and Idaho7 hops.

This is a collaboration beer with Pinthouse Pizza, based in Austin, Texas, which has not yet landed in Japan.

When we were discussing our next project, we coincidentally discovered that both companies were planning to brew a beer using 2020 Washington State Yakima Mosaic hops! Feeling that this coincidence was fate, and with gratitude to the hop growers, we decided to create a collaboration beer.

This beer offers a balanced enjoyment of tropical, citrus, and dank notes derived from Idaho7, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Simcoe.
