A collaboration with Burial Beer. A tropical Hazy IPA with a unique fruitiness and lightness from low-temperature fermentation.

A double dry-hopped Hazy IPA brewed in collaboration with Burial Beer from Asheville, North Carolina.

Fermented at a colder, lager-like temperature using German Kölsch yeast, and featuring carefully selected Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Columbus Cryo hops.

Light dank notes and intense tropical fruit flavors.

Relatively dry on the palate, yet with a soft mouthfeel and smooth finish.

The Kölsch yeast enhances the fruity aroma of the hops.

Sastrugi is a Russian word referring to "patterns formed on the surface of snowfields by strong winds."
