Fair State Coop Sastrugi (473ml)

A collaboration with Burial Beer. A hazy IPA with a tropical feel, fermented at low temperatures for a unique fruity and light flavor.

A double dry-hopped Hazy IPA created in collaboration with Burial Beer of Asheville, North Carolina.

It is fermented at a temperature close to that of a lager using German Kolsch yeast and uses select Mosaic Cryo, Strata, and Columbus Cryo hops.

Light dank and intense tropical fruit flavor.

It has a relatively dry taste, but is soft on the palate and goes down smoothly.

The use of Kolsch yeast gives the hop aroma a fruity feel.

Sastrugi is a Russian word that means "the pattern formed when strong winds carve away the surface of a snow field."
