A vanilla pastry stout brewed in collaboration with fellow Minnesota brewery, Barrel Theory Beer Company.

This beer was aged with spirals (see note below), resulting in flavors of French toast, exotic spices, chocolate, and vanilla.

*Spirals: Wooden sticks used to impart flavor and aroma to beer.

They are called spirals because they are cut in a helical shape to better release their aroma and flavor.
