Fair State Coop Chill State (473ml)

Hazy IPA fermented at low temperatures. Dazzling citrus, tropical flavor, slight bitterness, and yeast-derived fruitiness.

This is a collaboration with Modist Brewing Co., which is based in Minneapolis, the same place as Fair State.

A hazy IPA fermented at low temperatures using German yeast.

For hops we use Idaho 7, Sultana and Simcoe Cryo.

The taste is bright citrus, tropical, slightly bitter, and fruity from the yeast.
