Fair State Coop Double Universe Hazy DIPA (473ml)

The big brother of the popular Mirror Universe. A proud creation that maintains the hop juiciness while suppressing bitterness and increasing the alcohol content.

This is a "double" version of Fair State's popular standard beer, Mirror Universe, with its flavor and alcohol content increased by one level.

Simply increasing the alcohol content would result in a harsh alcoholic taste, so it was necessary to balance it by similarly enhancing the hop aroma and malt flavor.

We were particularly careful not to lose the balance between the hop aroma and flavor, which is the essence of a Hazy IPA.

This newly invigorated beer is as juicy as ever, with low bitterness, a subtle hint of alcohol, and a delicate sweetness.
