Fair State Coop Purple Tooth (473ml)

Aged in Bourbon barrels that previously held red wine! A complex interplay of grape, chocolate, and roasted notes.

This Stout was aged in Bourbon barrels that were previously used to age red wine.

From the barrels, you can detect notes of grape and alcohol. From the beer (originally Giantsbane), you'll find chocolatey notes, a robust but not overly heavy body, moderate bitterness, and roasted characteristics, creating a complex finish.
