Belching Beaver Crush the Kaiju (473ml)

An ultra-limited product created for Japanese Belching Beaver fans! A clean, clear, and refreshing IPA with a massive amount of Mosaic and Citra hops that you'll never tire of drinking.

Crush the Kaiju, a collaboration IPA between Belching Beaver and Nagano Trading, has finally landed in Japan!

Belching Beaver is known for its unique Peanut Butter Milk Stout, but their IPAs are also top-notch, having won numerous awards in San Diego, the mecca of craft beer.

Recently, their regular No Worries IPA was selected as one of the "Top 10 Craft Beer IPAs" by the Nikkei newspaper, and their success continues to grow!

This time, at the suggestion of Belching Beaver's Sales Director Marc, we decided to brew a limited edition IPA specifically for our fans in Japan.

The beer's recipe, style, name, and even the package design were all conceived by the Belching Beaver team and Nagano Trading.

But maybe its face is a little cute? This West Coast IPA uses a massive amount of Mosaic and Citra hops, resulting in a clean taste and clear color.

The can design features the familiar beaver strutting through nighttime Tokyo, an impactful label, but the taste is ultra-orthodox, a meticulously crafted IPA with a finely balanced hop profile.

The fruitiness of the hops, bitterness, body, carbonation, and mouthfeel.

The goal was to achieve a pleasant balance that you wouldn't get tired of even after many drinks.

"Crush" literally means "destroy" or "pulverize," but to "crush a beer" is slang meaning to "drink it all very quickly."

This beer was airfreighted immediately after completion and imported to Japan in pristine, fresh condition.
