Belching Beaver Dichotomy Double IPA (473ml)

9th anniversary beer. An IPA that perfectly combines the tropical flavor of Australian hops with the citrus flavor of American hops.

Belching Beaver's anniversary beer is very popular every year.

To celebrate their 9th anniversary, they created a West Coast style double IPA.

To maximize the hop flavor, we added Idaho 7 and Galaxy from the Northwestern United States, and Nelson and Citra from New Zealand to the wort, which has plenty of malt flavor.

The strong bitterness of Idaho7 and Galaxy is combined with the fruity flavors of Nelson and Citra for a well-balanced finish.
