Belching Beaver All In Barrel Aged Imperial Stout (500ml)

A super-rich pastry stout aged for one year, with maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla added. A masterpiece celebrating our 8th anniversary.

The Belching Beaver brewing team racked their brains to brew a special beer to celebrate their 8th anniversary.

Barrel Maestro Peter filled Cutwater bourbon barrels with a super-rich pastry stout brewed with plenty of roasted malt and brown sugar.

It was an extremely difficult task to age this beer for a whole year before the employees secretly drank it all, but after somehow completing the aging period, maple syrup, coffee, and vanilla were added.

The woody aroma from the bourbon barrels and the character of the maple syrup merge with the wonderful aroma of coffee, and the gentle sweetness of the stout brings the overall flavor together.

We would love to toast to our 8th anniversary with this beer.

【About the beer's naming】 Troy and Thomas, the founder of Belching Beaver, first met 8 years ago at Thomas's home during a poker tournament where they drank home-brewed beer.

Later, when Thomas decided to start a brewery, he and co-founder Dave approached Troy.

The new brewery's policy was explained as "to make the best beer for everyone, and for them to have the best time drinking it."

Furthermore, Thomas pushed Troy with the taunt they often used during poker, "No Guts No Glory." Troy responded, "Then I'm all in!"

The three immediately quit their jobs, Thomas and Dave emptied their bank accounts for startup funds, and Troy began making amazing beer.

Belching Beaver truly started by going "All in."
