This beer perfectly blends a classic West Coast style with modern hop varieties and cutting-edge hopping techniques. Hops are generously added from midway through the boil, followed by an intense double dry-hopping with Mosaic (Incognito and Cryo), Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, and Strata hops. The result is an IPA with nuances of red grapefruit zest, candied pomelo, passionfruit, gooseberry, Chenin Blanc wine grapes, strawberry, pine resin, and raspberry.
