This beer perfectly combines classic West Coast style with modern hop varieties and the latest hopping techniques. It is generously hopped midway through the boil and then double dry hopped with Mosaic (Incognito and Cryo), Simcoe Cryo, Nelson, and Strata hops for an intense flavor. The result is an IPA with red grapefruit peel, candied pomelo, passion fruit, gooseberry, Chenin Blanc wine grapes, strawberry, rosin, and raspberry notes.
