For this Salted Tropics, we start with a relatively classic base of Gose, and then add plenty of passion fruit, pink guava, mango, and hibiscus as secondary ingredients to complement the sour and salty flavors.

It has a refreshing and pleasant effervescence with hints of sourdough bread, sea salt, lemon zest and fresh tropical fruit.
