Gose once enjoyed great popularity in the craft beer world, but its heat soon died down, and now it's a poor style that is shunned.

The brewing team at Fieldwork loves this fun beer style and regularly brews beers that highlight the brilliance of Gose.

For this Salted Tropics, we first brewed a relatively classic base Gose, then added generous amounts of passion fruit, pink guava, mango, and hibiscus as adjuncts to complement the tart and salty flavors.

It has a refreshing and pleasant effervescence, like subtly tart sourdough bread, sea salt, lemon zest, and fresh tropical fruit.
