Fieldwork Subsonic Speeds DDH Westcoast IPA (473ml) / Subsonic Speed

Fieldwork's brewers visited a micro-hop farm in the Northwest and bought up all the hops on the spot, so they used a lot of the super high-quality Centennial and Mosaic.

One of the joys of the Fieldwork brewing team is their annual visit to the Northwestern United States, a region famous for hop growing, to purchase hops while speaking directly with hop farmers.

This year we visited a brand new micro-hop farm where we were greeted with some of the healthiest, juiciest Centennial hops we've ever smelled, as well as some perfectly conditioned Mosaic hops.

They bought up all the hop varieties on the spot, brought them back to the brewery, and brewed this beer.
