Brewers from Fieldwork visited a micro-hop farm in the American Northwest and bought up all their super high-quality Centennial and Mosaic hops on the spot.

One of the joys for the brewing team at Fieldwork is to visit the American Northwest, a renowned hop-producing region, every year and purchase hops while interacting directly with the hop farmers.

This year, they visited a newly established micro-hop farm, where they encountered vibrant and juicy Centennial hops unlike any they had smelled before, and Mosaic hops in what could only be described as perfect condition.

They bought up both varieties of hops on the spot, returned to the brewery, and brewed this beer.
