At Fieldwork, we typically avoid using more than two hop varieties when making Double IPAs.

This is to prevent their aromas and flavors from clashing or even canceling each other out in a negative way.

However, this Banter Lord is an exception, using Mosaic, Galaxy, and Enigma.

By expertly balancing the flavors of each hop, it delivers notes of pineapple, soursop (a white-fleshed fruit from subtropical regions), star fruit, citrus, ripe blueberry, grape, peach, and a tropical fruit salad.

The crisp finish makes it remarkably easy to drink for its alcohol content.
