Many of the "West Coast IPAs" brewed by Fieldwork are modern West Coast IPAs with subdued bitterness and a focus on tropical notes, but I also love the older West Coast IPAs that are characterized by a solid bitterness and dankness! This "Keep the Gold" is an IPA that cherishes that good old West Coast feel, characterized by just the right bitterness and a dry finish.

You can enjoy pink grapefruit, lemon candy, pineapple, pomelo juice, and very sticky marijuana notes.

Uses El Dorado, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Sultana hops.
