An IPA with a good old West Coast feel. Just the right amount of bitterness and a dry finish. Grapefruit, lemon, pineapple, pomelo juice, sticky marijuana.

Many of the "West Coast IPAs" made at Fieldwork are modern West Coast IPAs with a mild bitterness and a focus on tropical flavors, but I also love the old West Coast IPAs with their strong bitterness and dank flavor! This Keep the Gold is an IPA that cherishes that good old West Coast feel, with just the right amount of bitterness and a dry finish.

Enjoy flavors of pink grapefruit, lemon candy, pineapple, pomelo juice, and a sticky marijuana flavor.

Used El Dorado, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Sultana.
