Founders Head Brewer Jimmy Kosmicki stated, "I didn't want to make a fruit beer where you could just detect hints of fruit; I wanted to create a fruit beer with a robust flavor, as if you were actually drinking fruit."

Using a wheat ale base and adding fresh raspberries in five stages, this results in a wonderful beer with juicy sweetness and refreshing tartness that creates a high balance.

When poured into a glass, it displays a beautiful ruby red color topped with a white head.

The aroma is of juicy raspberry fruitiness with a faint cracker-like malt note.

Upon tasting, a pleasant raspberry sweetness and refreshing tartness spread across the palate, allowing you to fully enjoy the raspberry flavor.

A subtle bready malt character supports the fruitiness.

The finish is clean, crisp, and dry.
