California, home of Firestone Walker, is known as one of the most livable states in the US. Open and friendly people, fresh organic vegetables and fruits, breathtaking coastlines and mountains, and pleasant sunshine all year round. Our goal was to pack the charm of California into a single can. Even if fruit is the star, the appeal would be halved if the base beer isn't truly delicious. The base for Cali-Squeeze is a Hefeweizen that firmly brings out the fruitiness of the fruit, while keeping spicy, clove-like characteristics subdued. We used plenty of wheat to create a soft mouthfeel and repeatedly experimented with the type and quantity of hops to ensure they wouldn't overpower the fruit flavors. Furthermore, it is completely unfiltered to allow you to enjoy its rich flavor as is.
