This Parabola is aged for one year in proprietary 8-year-old bourbon barrels, then infused with spirals made from Amburana, an exotic Brazilian forest tree.

Spirals are wooden sticks used to infuse beer and other beverages with flavor and aroma.

They are called spirals because they are cut in a spiral shape to allow flavors and aromas to seep out more easily.

Amburana oak spirals have the effect of removing acidity and imparting a subtly sweet aroma, reminiscent of gingerbread and vanilla.

They also add a characteristic herbal note, similar to thyme.
