This sour ale is brewed using a mixed culture method, fermenting with two or more different types of yeast, and then barrel-aged with over 1000kg of California-grown raspberries and vanilla beans.

It's a masterpiece with excellent fruity tartness, sweetness, and refreshing sensation.
