Alpine's Proud Juicy & Dank IPA with Mosaic and Citra Hops

An IPA that emphasizes hop character while keeping bitterness low.

Originally only available at Alpine's taproom, Windows Up finally became a year-round offering in 2017.

This IPA, with its dank (note) and piney flavor upfront, uses Citra and Mosaic hops.

Poured into a glass, it reveals an orangey-golden liquid with a bright white head.

The aroma is floral with a hint of orange.

Upon tasting, flavors of papaya, citrus, and fresh grass dance across the tongue, finishing with a pine-like note.

The hop-derived flavors and subtle bitterness are well-balanced, making this a beer that suggests there's still much potential in the West Coast IPA style.
