Sierra Nevada Peachy Little Thing (355ml)

Made with carefully selected Arora hops and peach juice, this hazy IPA has a strong peach flavor followed by nectarine, cherry, and floral nuances, along with a hint of hop bitterness.

The idea for Peachy Little Thing began at a hop selection event held in Sierra Nevada last year.

"When we rubbed the Arora hops together, we were impressed by how their distinctive peach aroma really stood out," says Innovation Manager Isaiah Mangold.

But we don't know what will happen when we actually start brewing.

"When we actually brewed it, it produced exactly the very strong stone fruit aroma and flavor we were aiming for," he continues.

By adding a layer of real peach juice, Peachy Little Thing has an incredibly rich flavor.

"You get that peach punch right off the bat," Isaiah says.

"However, as you continue to drink it, you will begin to sense the complexity that is characteristic of an IPA.

It has aromas of nectarine and cherry, sometimes with a floral undertone, and a strong classic hop presence."

The bitterness is kept to a modest 18 IBU, "just enough to balance the sweetness of the flavor and keep the mouthfeel smooth."

This hazy IPA is a quintessential hop and peach harvest.
