Modern Times' most popular product. A Hazy IPA that delivers both dankness and bitterness, yet also juicy citrus and tropical fruit flavors.

Modern Times' flagship IPA.

“Orderville” is brewed with Mosaic hops and several other hops that provide a dank (Note 1) nuance.

The fruity character of the hops is prominent, but a unique, indescribable hop aroma rushes through the drinker's body.

This beer uses an English yeast, a type not commonly seen on the West Coast, and it showcases a yeast-derived fruitiness that sets it apart from West Coast-style IPAs.

The name “Orderville” refers to a town in Utah, in the American West.

In 1875, it was founded by a group of people who believed in "establishing human values based on nature or natural things," with the aim of achieving the United Order (Note 2) way of life.

Everyone in this community worked for the same wage, ate the same food, and strived to create a utopia by achieving egalitarianism.

Originally, a limited-edition wet hop IPA was called Orderville, but Modern Times liked the name and decided to use it for this flagship IPA.

When poured into a glass, it has a hazy golden color with a pure white head.

The aroma offers notes of berries, peaches, stone fruits, pineapple, papaya, melon, and plenty of dank (Note 1) nuances.

The flavor bursts with juicy tropical fruits, while pine bitterness stimulates the tongue against a backbone of dry, cracker-like malt.

The finish leaves a long lingering spicy and fresh bitterness from the hops.

Despite its hazy appearance, it's often mistaken for an East Coast-style IPA, like a "New England Style IPA" or "Vermont Style IPA." However, its flavor profile leans towards the West Coast style, so please be aware of this distinction.

This is a truly East-meets-West fusion, typical of Modern Times' unique hybrid beers.

Note 1) A descriptor for beer aroma/flavor, referring to a unique marijuana-like nuance.
Note 2) A communitarian and communist ideology in Christianity.

Assets and possessions did not belong to specific individuals but were shared voluntarily.

Any assets exceeding what an individual or family needed were distributed to the less fortunate through the church.
