This Belgian-style sour, brewed in the Lambic style, was transferred to oak barrels with Riesling grapes and additionally aged for 3 months, resulting in a vibrant flavor.

The base Belgian-style sour ale was brewed in the Lambic style and aged for 12-16 months.

It was then transferred to oak barrels with Riesling grapes and aged for an additional 3 months, resulting in a vibrant flavor.

After bottling, it was conditioned for another 8 months.
