Equal amounts of tart cherries from Michigan and locally sourced red raspberries were added.

This is a Belgian-style Sour inspired by traditional Gueuze, secondary fermented and aged in oak barrels.

A blend of 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year old beers, resulting in an average aging period of 26 months.

The aroma is bursting with fruitiness! Rich cherry and raspberry scents, with a hint of wildness, fill the nose.

The flavor also highlights cherry and raspberry, with a firm acidity and full-bodied flavor that spreads throughout the mouth.

The finish is characterized by a lingering raspberry, light oak and wildness, and a pleasant dryness.
