We create a beautiful haze through early dry hopping, the wheat used as an adjunct, and adjustments to the water's pH and mineral content.

Furthermore, we maximized biotransformation, a chemical change that occurs when yeast reacts with hop components during fermentation, to further enhance the fruity aroma of the hops.

It has a clean taste, almost like a West Coast IPA, with a relatively dry finish.
