A pleasant bitterness with notes of grapefruit, citrus, and mango, making for a perfectly balanced and highly drinkable brew.
This single-hop Pale Ale, brewed exclusively with Citra hops, boasts a light body, gentle bitterness, and a clean, well-balanced flavor.
It's one of Toppling Goliath's iconic beers, brimming with the distinctive grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pine aromas characteristic of Citra hops.
This beer is a collaboration with the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois.
The museum houses "Sue," a remarkably well-preserved Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil with over 90% of its skeleton intact.
Founder Clark visited this museum countless times as a child, and thus used Sue as the inspiration for the beer's name and design.
Apparently, you can even enjoy a draft of Pseudo Sue while gazing at Sue's fossil at the museum itself!
