A pleasant bitterness with notes of grapefruit, citrus, and mango, this brew is well-balanced and highly sessionable.
This single-hopped Pale Ale, brewed exclusively with Citra hops, boasts a light body, gentle bitterness, and a clean, well-balanced flavor.
It's one of Toppling Goliath's iconic beers, brimming with the distinctive grapefruit, citrus, mango, and pine aromas characteristic of Citra hops.
This beer is a collaboration with the Field Museum in Chicago, Illinois, our neighboring state.
The museum houses a Tyrannosaurus Rex fossil, affectionately known as "Sue," which is over 90% intact and remarkably well-preserved.
Founder Clark visited this museum many times as a child and used Sue as inspiration for the beer's name and design.
You can even enjoy a draft of Pseudo Sue while gazing at Sue's fossil at the museum itself!
