Collaboration with Enegren Brewing, renowned for their German-style beers. We fully brought out the appeal of classic hops like Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra.

A collaboration with Enegren Brewing, located north of Los Angeles and renowned for their German-style craft beers.

We combined El Segundo's West Coast IPA techniques with Enegren's classic German lager expertise to create this West Coast Lager.

By fermenting with lager yeast, we suppressed the malt flavor and fully brought out the appeal of classic hops like Chinook, Centennial, Amarillo, and Citra.
