This Barrel-aged Imperial Stout, released every November, is a flagship barrel-aged beer from Deschutes, earning numerous awards and medals each year.

Brewed with licorice, cherry bark, and molasses, it enhances the rich malt flavor.

It also helps create the complex, multi-layered flavors that become more noticeable as the beer warms in the glass.

The yeast used for brewing is a Trappist yeast capable of fermenting to a high alcohol content of 11.7%.

Additionally, it is aged in new oak barrels, bourbon barrels, and red wine barrels, and the resulting liquids are exquisitely blended to achieve this magical flavor.
