The Brettanomyces claussenii used is known for producing pineapple and earthy, straw-like aromas, which pair exceptionally well with the Australian Galaxy and US Citra hops used in whiteferrari.
The resulting flavor profile offers the best of both worlds: a funky Belgian Pale Ale and The Veil's signature intensely fruity Hazy DIPA.
It is bottle conditioned for a completely natural carbonation.
