The Veil Run to You: Cherry/Cranberry (750ml)

Brewing of this beer began in January 2020. The mashed wort was soaked in pine wood and left overnight in a cool ship, then fermented and aged in oak barrels. After a year, it was blended, and cranberries and cherries were added and further aged.

This was created in collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery in North Carolina, which is known for making beer using produce harvested on its own farms.

Brewing of this beer began in January 2020.

The wort is mashed using spelt malt, rye, wheat and oat malt, then soaked in locally harvested pine wood and cooled in a coolship installed in the attic of the brewery.

It is then left overnight and then put into oak barrels for fermentation and aging.

After a year, we checked the condition, blended it appropriately, and finished it off with cranberry and cherry for conditioning.
