The Veil Run to You: Cherry/Cranberry (750ml)

Brewing of this beer began in January 2020. Pine wood was steeped in the mashed wort, left overnight in a coolship, then fermented and aged in oak barrels. After one year, it was blended and further aged with cranberries and cherries.

A collaboration with Fonta Flora Brewery from North Carolina, famous for making beers using crops harvested on their own farm.

Brewing of this beer began in January 2020.

After mashing wort made from spelt malt, rye, wheat, and oat malts, locally harvested pine wood was steeped in it and cooled in a coolship located in the brewery's attic.

It was then left overnight before being transferred to oak barrels for fermentation and aging.

After one year, it was carefully blended and then conditioned with cranberries and cherries for a finishing touch.
