This is the second installment in the "Melancholia &..." series.

This series is created by blending Melancholia, a hoppy Saison beer made with spelt and rye, with secret barrel-aged beers that have been aging in the cellar.

This time, we blended oak barrel-fermented Melancholia with oak barrel-fermented Witbier.

Its unique and complex taste is reminiscent of freshly picked apples and ripe fruits.
