After cooling the wort overnight in The Veil's rooftop coolship, it was fermented with Brettanomyces and aged for 13 months in red wine barrels.

Finally, this Belgian Table Beer was aged for 19 months in the bottle.

It has a sophisticated flavor reminiscent of Chardonnay wine with oak notes, berries, and pineapple, making it very easy to drink.

The Belgian Table Beer style recreates the beer enjoyed at family dinners in Belgium around 1900.

With its low alcohol content, allowing for multiple servings, and a distinct malt flavor that complements rather than overpowers food, this beer was ideal for accompanying meals.
