Trillium Mettle (473ml)

Amarillo and Citra hops give this beer a pineapple, mango, orange, and dank aroma. The flavors are orange, melon, and pineapple, and it has a gentle mouthfeel. Mettle means "guts, courage."

When Trillium was first launched, various problems arose every day and all employees worked together to overcome them.

Mettle was brewed by the original members as a testament to their determination to face difficulties head-on and continue to fight, even in the face of adversity.

Mettle is a Double IPA that is heavily dry hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops, and its literal translation is "guts, courage."

In order to not forget the thoughts and spirit we had when we first launched the business, we brew this Double IPA periodically to reminisce about those days.
