Aromas of pineapple, mango, orange, and dankness from Amarillo and Citra hops. Flavors of orange, melon, and pine are prominent with a gentle mouthfeel. Mettle means "courage, spirit."

When Trillium first launched, we faced various problems every day, and all of our employees worked together to overcome them.

Mettle was brewed by the original members as a testament to facing adversity head-on and continuing to fight through challenges.

Mettle is a Double IPA intensely dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops, and its name literally means "courage, spirit."

To ensure we never forget the spirit and determination we had at our launch, we regularly brew this Double IPA and reflect on those times.
