Trillium Thresh (473ml)

Collaboration with Fox Farm Brewery. Brewed using malt from local maltsters that both breweries have close ties with. Aromas of biscuit, bread dough, and roasted grain from the malt intertwine with lime, citrus peel, and floral notes from the hops.

This is our first collaboration beer with Fox Farm Brewery, our neighbors on Trillium's farm in Connecticut.

It was brewed using malt from two local malt companies that both breweries have close ties with, and lightly dry-hopped with Motueka hops at the finish.

The aromas of freshly baked biscuits, fermenting bread dough, and roasted grains from the high-quality malt intertwine with key lime, citrus peel, and floral notes from the hops.

It is dry and crisp with a light body, and a pleasant, refreshing bitterness emerges at the end.

"Thresh" means to separate grain from its husk.
