Uses fresh Citra hops. Honey is added to lighten the body, creating an earthy backbone. Floral aromas and citrus notes fill the mouth, with a subtle bitterness lingering on the finish.

"Cutting Tiles" is an experimental Double IPA series that combines the freshest single hop available at the time with local wild flower honey.

For this release, a generous amount of Citra hops were added during the kettle, whirlpool, and dry hopping stages.

The use of honey keeps the body light and drinkable, while building an earthy backbone of flavor.

Initial floral aromas and citrus notes quickly fill the mouth.

It has a soft mouthfeel, with a subtle bitterness lingering on the finish.
