In the winter, 401 Park in front of Trillium Fenway sets up a skating rink, providing entertainment for locals and tourists alike.

Rink IPA, named after the skating rink, was initially sold only at Trillium Fenway, but due to its popularity it has now been brewed at other locations as well.

Using two types of hops, Galaxy and Sabro, it has dazzling aromas of pineapple and ripe papaya.

When you put it in your mouth, you'll notice flavors reminiscent of peach gummy candy and dried apricots.

Trillium beer has a rounded, soft texture and mouthfeel that is unique to the beer.

The finish is a little dry with a piney feel, giving it a drinkable balance.
