In 2015, Trillium opened a new location in Canton, a town about 30 minutes' drive from Boston, Massachusetts, near the beautiful Great Blue Hill mountains and directly accessible from its Trailside.

In addition to the brewery, large restaurant, and taproom, there are plans to build a distillery here in the future.

This beer, named Launch (meaning "to start something new" or "to send forth"), was brewed to celebrate the opening of this location.

This medium-bodied Launch Beer has a cloudy golden color and a refreshing aroma of mango, orange, melon, and dank.
