Through brewing experimental small-batch beers called Permutation 6.47 and 6.51 in the past, we learned that Berliner Weisse is the beer style that pairs best with a large amount of fruit.

Daily Serving is a series that utilizes this knowledge.

This latest work uses four types of citrus: calamansi, a popular citrus in Southeast Asia, orange, tangerine, and mandarin orange.
