The Daily Serving series attempts to express the fresh flavor of fruit in beer.

Having brewed our experimental small batch beers Permutation 6.47 and 6.51 in the past, we have learned that the beer style that pairs best with a heavy fruit infusion is Berliner Weisee.

This Daily Serving series makes use of that knowledge.

This work uses four types of citrus fruits: calamansi, a popular citrus fruit in Southeast Asia, orange, tangerine, and mandarin orange.
