Trillium Double Dry Hopped Mettle (473ml)

Intensely dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops. A tropical sensation reminiscent of pineapple, mango, peach, and citrus zest, with a cloud-like soft mouthfeel. Low bitterness.

When Trillium first launched, various problems and difficulties arose daily, and all the founding members confronted them day after day.

Mettle was brewed by the initial members as a testament to their continuous effort to confront and overcome adversity head-on.

Mettle is a Double IPA intensely dry-hopped with Amarillo and Citra hops, and its literal translation means "courage" or "spirit."

To ensure we never forget the feelings and spirit of those early days, we regularly brew this Double IPA and reflect on that time.

Afterward, we brewed variations of the Mettle recipe, such as Black Mettle and Death Mettle, for a limited time, but we had never before applied Trillium's signature double dry-hopping technique to it.

Now, with great anticipation, we have brewed a double dry-hopped version of Mettle!
Double Dry Hopped Mettle, packed with an abundance of hops, has a beautiful deep straw color.

Aromas of pineapple, ripe mango, peach, and citrus zest rise from the glass.

Upon tasting, it has a soft, fluffy texture, with a subtle bitterness lingering on the finish.
