Aroma of ripe peach, with a refreshing and delicate taste of peach and apricot, and a mellow lactic acidity. Funky farmhouse character from aged hops. Soft carbonation, with a tannic feel and a gentle bitterness lingering on the tongue.

The Fated Farmer series embodies Trillium's concept of "connecting agriculture, brewing, and the communities that live in the New England area."

All the wild ales in this series use malt from Valley Malt, which is produced in Trillium's home state of Massachusetts.

They are fermented in 500L puncheon barrels using local wild yeasts and aged for about six months, then fresh fruit is added for a secondary fermentation.

The theme is to explore how the flavors develop by combining natural agricultural products with wild ale.

Aroma of ripe peach flesh, with a refreshing and delicate taste of peach and apricot, and a mellow lactic acidity.

A subtly funky farmhouse cheese character from aged hops.

Clean and vibrant flavors burst in the mouth with soft carbonation, and a tannic feel and gentle bitterness linger on the tongue.
