Tessellation means mosaic. A complex aroma reminiscent of blueberries, mango, and ripe, juicy peaches, using 100% Mosaic hops.

As the name suggests, this is a single-hop DIPA made with 100% Mosaic hops.

It has a vibrant taste, yet an astonishingly soft and rounded mouthfeel.

By dry-hopping and also adding a good amount of hops during whirlpooling, we've brought out the complex aromas of Mosaic hops, reminiscent of blueberries, mango, and ripe, juicy peaches.
