This is a collaboration IPA with Beachwood Brewing, with whom we have a close relationship.

Using Idaho 7 and Mosaic hops, it boasts a beautiful and dazzling flavor reminiscent of tropical fruit and peach.

We combined these two hop varieties to enhance the aroma of thiols, a fragrance compound, based on the latest research from Yakima Chief Hops.

One sip of this IPA will prove the validity of that research!
