Topa Topa Pinker Than (473ml)

A kettle sour made with red wine grapes. It has an excellent balance of acidity and rose-like aroma from the grapes. It was made to be enjoyed while listening to Pink Floyd's The Great Gig in the Sky.

This kettle sour has an alluring color and is made using Grenache, a red wine grape variety sourced from Topa Topa's neighbor, Carhartt Family Wines.

The balance between the sourness of the sourness and the rose-like aroma from the grapes is excellent.

The label design pays homage to Pink Floyd's 1973 album "The Dark Side of the Moon."

For the best experience, open the can and start drinking at exactly 1:07 into the album's fifth track, "The Great Gig in the Sky."
