This kettle sour has an enchanting color and uses Grenache, a red wine grape variety, sourced from Topa Topa's neighbors, Carhartt Family Wines.

It boasts an exquisite balance of sourness and a rose-like aroma derived from the grapes.

The label design pays homage to Pink Floyd's 1973 album "The Dark Side of the Moon" (Japanese title: Kyoki).

It's said that opening this can and starting to drink precisely at 1:07 of "The Great Gig in the Sky," the fifth track on the album, will provide the best experience.
