Malty, cracker-like notes with floral hop aromas. A masterpiece that scored 99 points on the beer rating site RateBeer.

Fair State's head brewer, Niko Tonks, loves Pilsners so much that he said, "Pilsner was my first love, and it might be my only true love." This Pils is a testament to his dedication.

The ingredients used in this beer were meticulously selected: the highest quality barley grown in Bohemia (the western region of the Czech Republic), hops grown in the Hallertau region of Germany, famous for its hop production, yeast transplanted from Munich, and local water.

Brewed with such superb ingredients, this Pils has a distinct bitterness, a crisp character, and a well-balanced hoppy finish, making it a beer you'll want to drink not just one, but two or three glasses of.

It pours a bright straw color with a white head.

The aroma offers malty notes reminiscent of crackers, combined with floral and herbaceous scents, and a subtle lemon-like freshness.

The taste mirrors the aroma, with bready and cracker-like maltiness blending harmoniously with floral flavors and a pleasant hop bitterness.

It's medium-bodied with a crisp finish.

This accomplished beer achieved a high score of 99 on RateBeer and was also selected as one of RateBeer’s Top 50 Best Pilsners in the World in 2017.
