India Pale Ale is a collaboration between Belching Beaver and the American alternative metal band Deftones.

Chino Moreno, lead singer of Deftones, says he got into craft beer when he was young and broke and would treat himself to Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

As a craft beer lover, he considered the idea of ​​a collaboration between a band and a brewery, and Belching Beaver was the first partner he chose.

As things progressed, Belching Beaver didn't just use the band's name; they shared brewing ideas, flavor details, and samples with Chino Moreno to create the recipe for this collaborative beer.

Chino was touched by this attitude and the fact that he was heavily involved in the process of creating a new beer, and Deftones and Belching Beaver formed a strong partnership without collaborating with any other breweries.

Their first collaboration beer is Deftones Phantom Bride.

It is now the brewery's core product.

The name was taken from the title of a single song (note) that was scheduled to be released around the same time.

This was partly due to the miraculous timing of the release, but it also had a major impact as an unprecedented and unconventional promotion.

On the other hand, beer enthusiasts have also praised its taste, earning it a score of 97 on RateBeer.

Chino Moreno personally selected Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, and Mosaic hops, all used in an exquisite balance, resulting in a drinkable brew that highlights the quality of the hops.

The liquid is a hazy, bright yellow with white foam on top.

The glass exudes a citrus aroma like lemon, a slightly sweet aroma like ripe melon, and a meadow-like aroma of herbs and grass.
