Uses Trappist yeast that generates pear, apple, banana, cherry, plum, lemon, and a subtle hint of pepper and biscuit. Belgian malt and European hops are also added, creating a complex aroma and deep flavor.

In addition to Belgian pale ale malt and carefully selected noble European hops, we use special Trappist yeast.
