Saint Thomas in a West Coast IPA version, made a regular offering based on the requests of Fieldwork's OG (meaning original or prototype, an object of respect) customers.

Using classic West Coast IPA yeast, California Yeast, it brings out distinctly different flavors from Mosaic hops compared to the Hazy IPA version.

With dazzling flavors reminiscent of white grapes, passion fruit, melon, ripe citrus, blueberry, and pineapple, it can truly be called a modern West Coast IPA.
