Fieldwork's OG (respected prototype or origin) is a West Coast IPA version of Saint Thomas, which became a standard following customer feedback.

It uses California Yeast, a classic West Coast IPA yeast, and Mosaic hops give it a distinctly different flavor profile than the Hazy IPA version.

With dazzling flavors of white grapes, passion fruit, melon, ripe citrus, blueberries, and pineapple, this is a truly modern West Coast IPA.
