Wheat beer with local tangerines. Like biting into a whole tangerine. California, home to Firestone Walker, is known as one of the most livable states in the U.S. Open and friendly people, fresh and organic vegetables and fruits, breathtaking coastlines and mountains, and pleasant sunshine all year round. Our goal was to bottle the charm of California into a single can. Even if fruit is the star, the appeal is halved if the base beer isn't delicious. The base of Cali-Squeeze is a Hefeweizen that enhances the fruit's fruitiness while having a subdued spicy, clove-like character. We used a generous amount of wheat to soften the mouthfeel and experimented repeatedly with hop types and quantities to avoid interfering with the fruit's flavor. Additionally, it is packaged completely unfiltered to allow you to enjoy its rich flavor.
